The Lady Hawks lost their district opener 20-25, 25-19, 19-25, and 24-26 to Big Sandy.
Hawkins was led by Jaycee Cheshire with 11 kills and nine blocks, followed by Emi Moore who added five kills.
Raeli Smith put up nine assists and Lilly Long added three.
Alyssa Eddington and Smith both picked up nine digs each for Hawkins’ defense. Maraina Clark picked up six digs for the Lady Hawks.
Hawkins’ JV Team lost to Big Sandy 26-24, 19-25, and 18-25.
